Description
A plugin that adds pacts that are crafted with nether stars and materials they give permanent effects but beware if you die you lose them you get debuffs instead and you need to execute a ritual with an enchanting table before trying to get them back and remove the negative effects if you kill a player you can take their pacts and dying wont count the stolen pacts in the debuffs
