Extensive Magic Wands [a.k.a. Empire Wands]

About: This plugin adds a magic wands to your server. Every wand has a unique theme. You can manage the cooldown of individual spells, and change settings like whether they do damage to your world or not. When using scoreboard teams and disabling friendly fire, you cannot accidentally harm your allies, so perfect for combat minigames. IMPORTANT!!
